Old Testament Survey

Join us for an exciting Old Testament overview and survey that helps you see the OT as one coherent covenant storyline rather than a shelf of disconnected books. We will trace the Bible’s big story through Creation, Rebellion, Redemption, and Restoration, then show how God’s covenants drive that storyline forward to their fulfilment in the New Covenant in Christ. You will also get a clear map of the OT’s major sections and a concise one sentence theme for each book, so you can read the Old Testament with confidence, context, and purpose.

About the Speaker: 

Rev Wendell Chua is currently pastoring at Zion Serangoon BP Church and is married to Hazel. Rev Wendell trained at Covenant Theological Seminary in St Louis between 2016-2022 where he did his Masters of Arts in Theological Studies and Masters of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies (Biblical Hebrew). In 2024, he resumed his post-graduate training at Edinburgh Theological Seminary where he's currently doing a research thesis comparing ancient Egyptian and Hebrew creation accounts.
